Phase 1 - Analysis of the existing / Listening to the customer
This phase consists of:
- Become aware of the risks arising from the activities of the company that is concerned.
- Analyze existing potential insurance contracts.
At the end of this analysis we write a report specifying the proper balance between the risks involved and those covered by an insurance contract.
Phase 2 - Recommendation of an insurance program
Based on information gathered during Phase 1 and the findings on the existing insurance policy, we offer validation for one or several insurance programs that meet your risks, but also the possible contractual obligations arising from insurance contracts with licensors, subcontractors, the co-contractors ...
Phase 3 - Establishment of an insurance program
When the insurance programs are validated by you, we proceed to develop a specification of comprehensive insurance, specifying the exact covers to be researched. These specifications serve as the basis for bidding that we launch with selected insurers.
All tenders with our observations and comments are subject to let you choose your insurer. Once you make your choice, we proceed to the placement of insurance contracts, with the final drafting of insurance policies and their management.
