- The customer relationships manager: he is the main customer contact and head of the customer team. He is responsible for the effective operation of the accounts. He is attentive to the needs of the customer and disseminates information which he or she knows to the rest of the team. He ensures the overall quality of service and promotion of all skills and services in Gras Savoye Morocco.
- The technical account manager: advice and technical expert of the customer team, he is a key person in the design, negotiation, and management of contracts and the relationship with insurers. He follows the evolution of the insurance market and informs the other team members so as to make the customer benefit from it.
- The disaster technician: he holds in his hands a crucial part of the added value of Gras Savoye Morocco: service after sale. He implements his professionalism in the settlement of claims and their management. He is also an expert who benefits the whole team on his return from experience, alerting developments on the market aimed at improving the contracts.
